From first contact, our co-ordinator Lindsay was friendly, quick to respond to our many questions, knowledgable and extremely professional. She was and full of helpful advice from previous experience.
This was especially invaluable in our case as we had quite some difficulties with the venue we chose being very unhelpful and unaccommodating. Lindsay handled this with aplomb and did what she could to smooth this over and worked with us to find solutions.
Many of our guests commented on the amazing food and the excellent standard of service from the staff that worked at the event. Personally we couldn’t have asked for more from the team. Every wish was taken care of, every time I returned to my seat, my champagne flute was filled, a special plate of canapes was brought to us during our photography session and the dinner service was lovely. The venue was left spotless – actually much cleaner that when we got the keys!
We would absolutely recommend Corella to others and would like to personally commend Lindsay – I generally like to be in control and have high standards but I was more than comfortable leaving things in Lindsay’s capable hands and would like to thank her for giving us this at our wedding. She really went the extra mile, even dropping the left-over wedding cake at our place the following day. Corella are lucky to have her!
