About Adam & Taryn Pearce

Both Adam and Taryn are Northern Beaches born & bred and reside on the Northern Beaches with their 3 young children.

Adam brings with him a wealth of experience, primarily based in fine dining. He trained in kitchens & on the floor of restaurants & cruise ships worldwide before returning to Australia.

He is an excellent Chef, an outstanding Barista, he has a wealth of sales knowledge and a passion for networking and forming meaningful & lasting business relationships within our local community. He can also shake up a mean cocktail… what more do you need?!

Taryn laid her foundations in the accounting industry and is proud to be a Chartered Accountant. Having evolved her career path over the years, she discovered her true love lays with catering and event planning. She is always in the background meticulously co-ordinating events with our functions team. She can often be found working at functions as part of our waitstaff team or in the kitchen, spreading our love of fine foods!

Our function co-ordinators & admin staff

Our function co-ordinators work tirelessly in the background organising anything and everything that could possibly be needed to make your event a sucess. We know what’s on trend when it comes to catering and event styling and will happily assist you in planning and executing the perfect event no matter what you are planning – be it a wedding, corporate event, birthday party, high tea, kids party & more… if you can dream it, we can acheive it!

You will regularily find Corella’s owners and function co-ordinators serving you as waitstaff at events. We love nothing more than providing 5 star catering at our functions, keeping our eye on key party trends and having some fun meeting with you and your guests.

Function staff

 

Our function staff attend your event with the sole purpose of ensuring you can relax and become a guest at your own function. We have high expectations of the conduct of our staff at your function, here is what you can expect:

  • All staff to be uniformed & easily identifiable
  • Well groomed and presented
  • Always punctual
  • Staff are dedicated to you, and won’t hurry off to another party
  • We will leave your kitchen clean as though we were never there
  • No drinking alcohol or smoking
